Micro fiction is great, especially for people like me with excessive ADD. It's short, sweet (or not?), and to the point, usually no more than a couple hundred words, sometimes as short as ten.. It's particularly awesome for horror stories, in my opinion. Nothing is more scary than unanswered questions, the unknown. Micro fiction offers nothing more than a glimpse, the past is vague and the future is completely unknown. It leaves most of the storytelling up to the reader's imagination. An amazing example of micro-horror is as follows:
